1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Lange Mikrotechnik.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive a confirmation via email immediately after submitting your order.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
Note: You bear the costs of returning the goods.

4.2 Delivery Options
Delivery is exclusively made via shipping to the delivery address specified in the ordering process. Self-collection of the goods is not possible.

5. Payment
5.1 Prices
All stated prices are total prices and include statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
  • PayPal: After selecting PayPal, you must log in with your credentials to confirm the payment. The transaction is carried out immediately.
  • Klarna: Pay flexibly in installments or later according to Klarna's terms.
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay: Pay easily using the methods stored in your accounts.
  • Shop Pay: Fast and secure processing via Shopify's proprietary payment platform.
  • UnionPay: For customers with UnionPay accounts.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
